Golf can become a life-long sport enjoyed by both men and women. This sport teaches the children to spend time outdoors and promotes strong sports etiquette and values.
Golf is an active game and is less injury prone than contact sports. Conditioning for golf improves strength of core muscles that support the spine, improve flexibility and allow the children to be active and fit.
